This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms & Conditions and applies to all purchases made through Cielé’s official online store.
We deliver orders all across Pakistan through trusted courier partners.
Note: Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next working day. All delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, logistics delays, or high-volume seasons.
Orders are processed within 24 hours on business days. During peak seasons (like Eid or Sale events), processing may take longer—we appreciate your patience.
For orders above PKR 20,000, full advance payment is required. After your order is confirmed, our team will provide secure bank transfer details. Your order will be dispatched only after the payment is received and confirmed.
Once your order is shipped, you can request a tracking ID by contacting us via WhatsApp or email. You may track your order directly on the courier service’s website.
If your order is delayed, our team will inform you via your provided contact details and give you an updated estimate.
If your package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please email us photos of the package within 48 hours of delivery. We will investigate and, if needed, send a replacement or process a refund.
